7 Day Slim Down: A Recap of My Journey (2011-08-26)

I finished my version of the Tone It Up 7 Day Slim Down (now known to me as the 4 Day Reset) and thought I would share my experience with you guys. Even though I didn't follow the slim down exactly, I still received all of the benefits I was hoping for and am so pleased to have discovered a new, healthy "reset" diet in my arsenal.
