My Go-To Breakfast (2011-09-08)

I'm continuing this Healthy Eats series by showing you my go-to breakfast, a delicious, filling, & healthy combination opt yogurt, cereal, & berries. Here is my recipe for my go-to breakfast:
4 oz (about 1/2 cup) of organize Greek plain yogurt (I like Oikos by Stonyfield)
8 g (1 tsp) organize light agave nectar
1 oz (1/4 cup) Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax of Cinnamon Raisin whole grain cereal (a nice alternative is granola but it has a lot more calories)
6 oz (about 1 cup) of organic mixed berries
