My Go-To Lunch (2011-09-09)

I'm back with yet another installment of my Healthy Eats series with my Go-To Lunch. I honestly eat this lunch most days of the week - really, anytime I am home! I never get bored with it. It's yummy!

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta or brown rice
4 oz turkey or chicken
As many steamed veggies as I'd like (some favorites include asparagus, broccoli & cauliflower, & spinach)
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper & Red Pepper Flakes to taste
