Regretting It: Toning Shoes (2011-10-14)

I have a feeling this could end up being somewhat of a controversial video on MHWL, so I'd like to state again for the record:

*I am not a professional or expert of any kind on footwear, body mechanics, sports, fitness, or medical advice. I am only sharing my opinions based on my experiences. Others might very well have completely different experiences with the same products.*

This is just me sharing my experience and my opinion with you guys, which I decided to do after much considerations, because if it were me, I would want to see this kind of video. I am not saying that you are going to get inured if you wear toning shoes. I am only sharing what I have learned about them through my own experience. I am in now way blaming the Tone It Up trainers for promoting them. I chose on my own accord to purchase them and should have thought more about any side effects with problematic feet & past lower leg injuries that could occur with wearing a shoe designed to be unstable. I hope you all understand I'm not trying to tell you what to do or insinuate that I know for a fact that toning shoes should be avoided by everyone. I am only sharing my opinion. We're all different and what works for some doesn't work for others and vice versa.

That being said, please feel free to share your experiences with toning shoes, other kinds of athletic shoes, injuries, etc if you'd like in the comments below. Let's try to keep this a positive place to share our experiences and opinions with respect for what others have to say.
