OC Board of Supervisors Tries to Implement $20 per Vaccination Program

The Board of Supervisors in Orange County, California, placed an item on a meeting agenda which would have paid contractors $20 for each individual they successfully vaccinate. The agenda item was apparently pulled after residents caught wind of it.
