North West Ohio Sunset

Beautiful but that smoke we can see all the way here? If we could make it rain in the 60's and 70's in Vietnam (or at very least dragged monsoon season out) what else technology do we have now that could make it rain on these fires? Am I missing something sometimes I see these fires right beside lakes. We can re-fuel planes in mid air but we cant put fires out? Someone Please enlighten me!
