Jaywalker Jumping Barrier Doesn't Stick the Landing

Info from Licensor: July 29, in the afternoon I was driving along Edmonton river valley when I saw a guy came out of nowhere trying to illegally cross the road with a concrete barrier, he tried to jump on it but misses his foot on the top of the concrete, next time I see he's flying.
