MALIBU, CALIF. — The July 31, 2021, rally featured an interracial crowd on the beaches of Will Rogers State Beach listened to speeches supporting the impeachment and no-confidence votes against Gascon, as well as a speech by 2021 gubernatorial candidate and longtime Los Angeles County radio personality, Larry Elder.
