We set ourselves up for failure the way the majority of us approach exercise.
Exercise is looked at a separate thing and that you either like it or hate it. Instead of looking it as separate, look at it as your life and a key component of health
People often put too much pressure on themselves to exercise when they don’t enjoy it, and instead could change their attentions to other areas of their life that will help them reach their goals.
Balance is key here, balance means more than exercise, it is all components of health.
