Dog Breaks Through Fence, Charges Neighbors

Info from Licensor: "I was going outside to turn my pool off when Ziggy the black Pomeranian wanted to go outside. I let him out and he was doing his business in the bushes when I noticed the Doberman next door acting very aggressive and loud so I stood there. Ziggy turned to start running back to me and I saw the Doberman's head come under the fence so I screamed… when I screamed the Doberman came running towards me. I was able to grab her collar and hold on… she then snapped at Ziggy and he got mad and started barking at her. My husband Nick then came out and was able to bring Ziggy inside. No dogs were harmed… the neighbor then throw the leash over the fence and we walked the dog home."
