The CDC announced the reinstatement of title 42, which allows anyone crossing the border illegally to be kicked out immediately without a hearing. So, the CDC can make housing policy AND immigration policy, but you're a right-wing nut job if you call that overreach.

The FDA is taking an all-hands-on-deck expedited approach to get the COVID-19 vaccines final approval, allowing more places to mandate the vaccine. What could go wrong with an expedited emergency use authorization followed by an expedited FDA approval? It isn't like the FDA has ever been wrong and took away approval years later.,.oh wait, that happens all the time.

The new infrastructure bill authorizes a study of the jobs lost by canceling the Keystone XL pipeline. Come on man, you've been studying the thing for over 12 years.
