Ngodup Tsering: "Stop the Genocide Games" rally in DC

Ngodup Tsering is the current representative of HH the 14th Dalai Lama and the Central Tibetan Administration in North America. Prior to his appointment, Ngodup Tsering has served as a Minister of Education of the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala, India. He has been advocating for the cause of Tibet through a number of political and human rights-related engagements over the years, including testifying in the Canadian parliament, speaking in universities, organizing dialogue events with the Chinese diaspora communities.
