Mold Armor - does it work? How about vs 5 years of moss build up?

We are about to list our house, and we have around 5 years of moss growth on our house that has to go! Will Mold Armor work? is it worth the time and effort?

When selling a house, you don't want prospective buyers to roll up and see mold covering your vinyl siding. So rather than scrubbing it with dawn dish soap by hand, we decided to try Mold Armor which is just a spray on bleach that kills and removes mold and moss.

The question is, would we have been better off scrubbing it off? or renting a pressure washer? Watch and find out!
