BIDEN'S RESPONSE:
"There iii...what we're doing...we have not withdrawn the order that is sometimes critical... or criticized... saying that unvaccinated people should be go back across the border. But unaccompanied children is a different story because there's tha-that's the most humane thing to do is to test them and treat them and not send them back alone."

Except they aren't sending anyone back... and they aren't testing anyone for covid, or vaccinating them according to immigrants who have been released.
