Ladies of Another View - The Ladies head over to Carrington North Dakota for "My Hometown" and speak with some of the locals about the town's history and services they offer. We sit down with Owner Frank Klein and General Manager Skyler Patzer to learn about the over 40 year old history of the Chieftain Conference Center, Hotel, and sports bar. Karlee Brown of Carrington Economic Development helps us get into the roots of Carrington and what the town still has to offer. Creamery owners Maartje Murphy and Duchessa Gelato discuss their recent started Gelato business. Mike Larson, member of the Foster County Historical Society, tells the story of Japanese business owner Harry Hayashi and how the town stood up for him during Japanese Internment in America. Founder Missy Hafner discusses this years JunkFest, an event to sell antique/refurbished furniture in Carrington, and what you can look forward to seeing this year.
