I'm Peter Serefine with the Liberty Minute for Thursday, day 508 of 15 days of CDC tyranny.
The CDC had an eviction moratorium. The Supreme Court said that it was a federal overreach and could not be extended without Congressional approval. A week later, the CDC ignored the court and announced a new eviction moratorium without Congress. Now landlords and real estate groups are suing to suspend it. The CDC has gone off on a power trip and must be slapped down.
The Surgeon General says that emergency use authorization for a covid vaccine for kids under 12 is likely during this coming school year. Great! Let's vaccinate millions of kids at essentially zero risk. What could go wrong?
The mayor of Boston compared New York City's vaccine paper requirements to slavery papers. I've heard many others compare vaccine passports to Nazi Gestapo papers checks. Either way, this crap has gone way too far.
