In this video I will be making delicious crispy and spicy fried pickles. If you’ve never had fried pickles, you’re missing out on a delicious snack. They’re crispy on the outside and loaded with that quintessential dill pickle flavor in every bite. Served with ranch or jalapeno ranch dipping sauce they will be a favorite snack for everybody. Fried pickles are one of my favorite appetizers when we go out to eat. When you make them at home you can make them many different ways.

** INGREDIENTS **
1 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups of Panko (you will probably need to add more later)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp hot sauce (optional)
