Directed Energy Weapons

DEW used in San Paulo, Brazil; date? The Govnt's have been using these weapons against civilian communities as well as warfare, probably more so! WW III has already started and most don't even realize what's really happening! DEW, Division, Biological (COVID),etc...D.E.W. was & still is being used in N. State California: Camp/Carr fires, current fires globally blamed on PGE, Lightning, Bug-Farts, whatever they can dupe the masses into believing! People need to WTFU!
