Primal Hunt MSP crash?

I am running into this crash issue when I play my custom map on primal hunt master server patch.

First, I load the map and it works fine. I quick save by pressing F6. Then I go over to the switch to activate it, which, fires off some start scripts that seem to mess things up. It changes the player character into another guard character and it attaches a shoulder lamp.
After the player is turned into a guard, I pressed the quick load button and the game crashes while it attempted to reload the map.
