INGREDIENTS:
• Lot of Prayer and Tons of Love
• 3 cooked chicken breast (shredded)
• 2 steamed russet potatoes cubed
• 1/2 onion chopped
• 2 garlic cloves chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 3 tbsp oil in saute pan to cook chicken and potato mixture
• 2 tbsp salt
• Oil for frying
• Dress up your taquitos with whatever you want.
