The more supplements...the better?
That definitely isn't always the case.
I do a Q&A session every single week with my clients. I want people to have direct access to me for all their concerns, and I love these sessions, too.
In this clip, there's a question asked about which supplements to take...and it gave me a chance to talk about my issue with most supplements.

Because so many people are taking tons and tons of them, thinking that the more they take, the healthier they'll be.
I've got news for you: not all supplements are created equal. And most people are just peeing out what they're taking, making it a huge waste of money to but all these products.
