The SECRETS OF FATIMA mentioned at MEDJUGORJE?

In only one of the messages given at Medjugorje is the word Fatima mentioned. In this message the visionaries say that the Virgin tells them to pray for the secrets of the Fatima message to be fulfilled, she says she has come to Medjugorje in order that those secrets may be fully realized.... what does this mean? How to make sense of this?
