Interstate Landing Strip??

On I-65 South between the Sellersburg entrance ramp and the Salem exit ramp. Never seen anything like this but….if I were to guess, it looks to be marked for a landing strip for aircrafts. This is right beside where the Sellersburg Indiana State Police post is located. Very interesting knowing the military have been doing landing maneuvers on US roads. 🧐🧐🧐 I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.
