Make your own natural remedy!
Peel 2-3 grapefruit and lemons
In a large pan combine skins with 8-10 cups of water
Cover with a glass lid and simmer for 3 hours
Let cool for 2 hours, then strain juice into glass jars
Store 1 in fridge and extra in the freezer
Take 2 TBS twice a day
