David Madison Cawthorn (born August 1, 1995) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for North Carolina's 11th congressional district. A member of the Republican Party, Cawthorn was elected to Congress in 2020. He is the youngest member of Congress since Jed Johnson Jr. and the first born in the 1990s.
