Is The Media Turning On The Vaccines? Or Am I Missing Something?

Two very negative stories today about vaccines from 2 very unlikely sources, Axios and telegraph.co.uk. Were these mistakes, or am I misinterpreting them? Or is it possible the tide is turning?
