Scream loud enough, maybe someone will hear me

Walking home today from the meat market, this happened. I live on the next block. And no way did I provoke this as I was on the other side of the street nowhere near that yard. It was barking at me as soon as I turned the corner.. I thought we had a dog ordinance. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love this breed of dog but I also have a healthy respect for the fact that there's something in its brain that could snap at any given second and it would attack and bite. I've seen it happen to dogs that were established in a family for years, this puppy is less than a year old there's no telling what it could do if it decided to. Think there's an electric fence as he did hesitate to come past the grass into the street but ultimately it didn't help.

And yes I screamed bloody murder but it got somebody to come out of the house..
