Luke 2:41-52 "The Family Business"

Jesus’ Ima (His mother) says she was anxiously looking for Him…that is the worst feeling a parent can have…to think their child is lost.
Jesus’ parents are distressed, worried, frantic that they couldn’t find Him.
Yet they kept searching until they did find Him…and their minds were put at ease.
And I wonder sometimes if we get so caught up in the things of this world and all the chaos around us.
That we worry, and become frantic thinking of what may happen…and we forget to seek Jesus in every situation…
We forget that when we divert our attention to seeking Him and His wisdom…instead of the wisdom of the world…
We will find the wisdom we need to navigate through the chaos of the world.
We will find the peace we need to think and act Biblically not worldly.
And we will find the strength we need to endure even the toughest situations.
Because we can do all things through Christ Who strengthens us.
It is by our faith that we overcome our fear…and our minds will be put at ease for whatever my come our way!
