WebAssembly in Rust using Seed

Quick overview of using Seed/WASM in Rust.

Using WASM for this basic of a project is overkill, but if you have processing needs, or you're making a some sort of web app and you want to use Rust, or maybe you just want to try out WASM, Seed provides a provides a fairly easy and documented way to get started.
