Did Brewer lie ab Oswald matching broadcast description Tippit shooter ?

Johnny Calvin Brewer was a clerk in Hardy's Shoe Store who said that Oswald acted suspicious around his store when police cars came by with their sirens blaring. He also said that Oswald matched the description he heard on the radio of a man wanted for the shooting of a police officer. When the broadcast description is matched up to the description Brewer gave the Warren Commission of Oswald , does it match ? Or was Brewer lying ?
