Cuomo Resigns and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill Passed In the Senate

The fast resignation for Governor Cuomo is really a win for the Democrats. I explain why. I also address McConnell strategy with Infrastructure bill. While this is a bitter pill it is part a of a longer term Republican comeback strategy.
