First His Own, Now Joe is Looking to 'Fortify' Democracies Worldwide!

Joe wants to spread the good word of Democracy by getting together his own shadowy cabal of unnamed individuals from different sectors of the world. World Leaders, Heads of Humanitarian Ventures, Civil Society Leaders and Philanthropic Individuals. Since they scratched his back some months ago with an unspecified event, why not help them out with their upcoming endeavors?

One Nation who has expressed interest in participating is Taiwan. Which is a Country, regardless of what John Cena says. But with the activity in their airspace recently from the CCP, who knows if they can make the December date.
