London Lockdown Protest, 19th December 2020 - Part 1

This video was first uploaded onto Youtube in December 2020.

The protest was scheduled to start at 1pm. Not many people showed up for it, a few hundred at most. By 4pm it was obvious it was very small, and the government announced that at midnight, London would go into tier 4 restrictions.
I got the distinct impression they were waiting to see how big the protest would be before they made that decision. I suspect they would not have gone to tier 4 if there had been thousands rather than hundreds on the streets.
