The federal government will run out of money by October if Congress doesn't raise the debt ceiling. I wouldn't worry. We don't have a $28 trillion national debt because Congress is frugal or even sensible about debt. They will raise it again, for the 80-somethingth time. We will get to $30 then $40 trillion in debt before you know it.
July saw more illegal immigrants arrested at the border than any single month in 21 years. There is a record to be proud of.
Over a dozen states are working to get redistricting done by the 2022 election. Democrats in North Carolina have proposed changes to their redistricting process that have Republican lawmakers questioning the motive.
