S1/E4 – Systematic Racism; Freedom Is In The Eye Of The Beholder

In this episode Jon and Joe take a look at systematic racism, it’s historical context compared to its deconstructed meaning through the eyes of those who exploit identity politics for power and profit. We examine the various presuppositions both past and present that continue to seek to sway public opinion by redefining American exceptionalism as a vice rather than a virtue by advancing the belief America is not a country based on individual freedom but collective oppression. Also, an interview with Mikel Miller, a local activist who speaks in public forums on the need for Americans to embrace the ideals of individual sovereignty and reeducate themselves on their unalienable rights and need to remain united within their respective communities against tyrannical overreach by elected officials.
