In this video, you can hear a man yelling into a megaphone, "Fill up the bleachers." He was on top of the scaffolding. My friend, war correspondent Michael Yon, believes some of those with bullhorns urging the crowd to take action were "agent provocateurs." It was 2:55 PM EST when I started this video.
