4×4 in Major Flood on the Russian River!

The Russian River swelled, and engulfed River road. This was 2 years ago, 2018. It did do a lot of damage to Guerneville. Some folks took it as an opportunity to try out some of their toys. The fire department also drove up, creating a HUGE wake.
