What the heck.... ten spins at the Santa Monica beach on Friday, Aug. 6th.

My friend Paul Karami stopped by the beach and took this video of me doing my last exercise of the day. (For the record, I do the traveling rings 4 times, then climb the rope twice, then do a flip-down from the bar with no hands, then ten spins on the bar. Every Friday.) Jiah took the photo of Devon on the rings, while I can be seen at the top of the rope.
You can see my blue tent over by the rings. Aside from minimizing the relentless heat from the sun, having the tent has turned into a fun meeting spot for what we call our regular Friday gang: me, Robert, Devon, Jiah, Alexei, Geoff... and the many others who join us.
