Neighbors arguing about murdering someone in my apartment building.

In Feb 2021, across the hall from me was an argument between 2 guys about killing someone in my building. RCMP were called by the guy 2 floors down who could hear it all too. The sound quality is low so turn it up. "WAIT FOR AUGUST FOR THE NEXT SET OF LOCKDOWNS."
