Suspect Jumps Roof To Roof, Crowd Fights with LAPD

Gardena Police were in pursuit of a vehicle in the South LA area. The suspects crashed at Manchester and San Pedro and ran into a store. One suspect climbed onto the roof and started jumping from roof to roof. The suspect continued to run from police on the rooftops for over an hour. A large crowd formed in the area and started to fight with officers after a man who refused to move his car was placed in cuffs. At least 5 members from the crowd were pulled from the crowd and detained. The suspect was taken into custody by officers on the roof.
