People ask me fairly often, "Once a Hashimoto's diagnosis is given, can it ever go away?"

It's a good question.

A while back, I was fortunate to speak with Dr. Michael Goran on an Instagram Live, and we got this question from someone who was watching.

So in this clip, I want to break down Hashimoto's.

If a person is suffering from an autoimmune disease, they often think, "There's no hope." That they will be forever stuck with this diagnosis.

And some medical doctors will even agree.

But I don't.

I know autoimmune disease isn't a life sentence, because I've seen my clients reverse it, time and time again!
