28,000 Year-Old Perfectly Preserved Cave Lion Cub Found

In this video we take a look at a cave lion cub that was found in Sibera. The body is considered to be one of the best, if not the best, preserved prehistoric animals discovered. Even the whiskers are still visible and attached to the body.

The cave lion cub was discovered by Boris Berezhnev while he was looking for ancient ivory. Due to governmental regulations on ivory, many hunters seek out ancient ivory, or look for frozen animals.
