Info from Licensor: "Gatlinburg is a city built at the bottom of the mountains. When it rains heavily, the rivers starts to flood. These rivers start in Gatlinburg (higher land), go through pigeon forge to Sevierville. The flush power of the river can easily pull any human or car in it. The rain started August 17th early morning and been raining the whole day."
