Six years ago, Teodrose Fikremariam became homeless and endured two years of hardship and loneliness. After emerging from poverty to find love and purpose, he nonetheless withheld a big part of the reason why he became homeless.

Given the creeping state of despotism that is taking place in America and throughout the world, Teodrose decided to tell all as he recounts how his decision to rightfully claim credit for a speech idea that was incorporated into Barack Obama's South Carolina victory speech ended up with a most unbelievable intrusion into his private life as he fled to South Carolina to get away from persecution in a state he called home for over 30 years.
