Ethan Rants and Updates His Rules

After today's absolute beating I went through my rules and attempted to update them. My repeated error is moving my stop, so I added an explicit rule against that. I also struggle with what an End to End move is. I've made that more explicit. Hopefully both of these updates will yield positive results
