TwoSistas and it's FantabulousFriday and yes, Janis had IT issues - it just doesn't seem to end, does it??!! We go forward on a Friday and look at the past week and what's ahead for the weekend. Focusing on your health is always a main focus but how can you just get started? As women, we tend to put ourselves last and we also have good intentions for getting started but take it on all at once. A way to start is just to do that - Start! Start out 20 minutes a day - make that choice to just be healthy - don't make a chore - embrace your journey to a new you starting out by just starting - YOU can certainly do this and we are here to assist you along the way!!
