SCS EPISODE 46. IDEOLOGY BUILT ON SAND: I'll give a minor apology up front that I am somewhat distracted in the second half of this video (you'll see why in the split), but I have no time to re-record.

Anyway, this is actually quite an important episode because it does cover some serious issues of gross over reach by the Government via the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board, but more importantly the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, which is essentially central planning of competency, which results in anything but competence.

Additionally there is mention of the utterly pointless LocatED, which is the most childishly named department yet.

One note I make at the end is in regard to the new release of The Sphinxing Rabbit – Book of Hours by Pauline Chakmakjian.
