This came after the first minister of Scotland has warned of travel bans and local lockdowns “if necessary”. Speaking on GB news, the broadcaster said: “In Scotland today Nicola Sturgeon proves she remains a lockdown addict, obsessed with the power of controlling her Scottish citizens. “Despite entering her so-called level zero, mask mandates and limitations on mass gatherings will remain and here's the chilling word: ‘indefinitely’ as she hinted some restrictions could return in the winter, or when vaccine passports are on the cards.”
