Ending with Switch Kicks!

What do you do when you're completely exhausted from your bag workout and just want to drop on the mat and die? Why, glad you asked, Let's do some Switch Kicks!!! YAY!!!!
There's only so much time and energy I get to expel on my Muay Thai practice, so I try to do as much as I can and that leads to exhaustion... but I do my best to muster up energy to try to do the absolute most I can... this is that ending.
