Unobtanium

A fellow elkaholic, Gary Wilson found and showed me this bull in the winter of 2011-12. Never would have found or ever seen him if it weren't for Gary.

We kept track of him through the winter and were fortunate to pick up his sheds in late March 2012.

Definitely one of coolest bunches of video I have ever taken and was an amazing learning experience to try to keep track of him all winter. I tried to keep tabs on him for the rest of the year, but as the snows receded he disappeared May 11th for the summer and fall and I never could find him again until late Nov when he returned again.
